Entry Requirements

Before enrolling, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Unique Student Identifier (USI)
All learners must provide a valid USI at the time of enrolment.
A USI is required for the issuance of any nationally recognised Statement of Attainment or Qualification. (Full details are available in our USI)

Identification (ID) & Evidence of Identity (EOI)
You must provide evidence of identity before training or assessment begins.

Acceptable forms of photo identification:
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Current passport
  • Proof-of-Age card

Your ID must:
  • Be current (not expired)
  • Show your full legal name and date of birth
  • Match the name used in your enrolment application

Additional EOI requirements
All High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)—Courses—require specific identification to meet regulatory requirements. (Full details are available in our ID requirements)

Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
Before training starts, you will complete a short LLN quiz.
This helps us determine if you may need additional support to complete your course.
LLN assistance is available, and reasonable adjustments can be made where appropriate.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
  • Credit Transfer: If you have previously completed the same or equivalent unit(s) of competency, we can recognise these without further assessment.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): If you already have the skills and knowledge for a unit, you can apply for RPL. Evidence (e.g., transcripts, work samples, third-party reports) is required.

Reasonable Adjustments
We are committed to supporting all learners.
We can adjust training and assessment methods to meet your individual needs without compromising the integrity of the qualification.
Please let us know before enrolment if you require adjustments.

Complaints and Appeals
If you have any concerns about your training or assessment, please raise them with us promptly.

We have a documented Complaints and Appeals process to ensure all matters are addressed fairly and quickly.

Full details are available in our Complaints and Appeals Policy.
