This nationally recognised course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift truck safely in accordance with workplace procedures, regulatory standards, and relevant legislation.
A forklift truck is defined as a powered industrial truck equipped with a lifting mechanism—typically a mast and elevating load carriage with fork arms or other attachments—that is capable of raising loads 900mm above the ground. This course does not cover the use of pedestrian-operated or pallet trucks. Students must be 18 years or over.
