This refresher course is for individuals who are required to work in confined spaces as part of their role and need to update their knowledge and skills to maintain compliance with current safety requirements.
 
Key Details:
  • Delivery: 100% online
  • Duration: 14 days to complete from date of enrolment

Entry Requirements:
  • Evidence of prior completion of a Confined Spaces (CSE) course, (or equivalent) course is required before a Statement of Attainment can be re-issued.
  • Acceptable evidence includes a copy of your previous Statement of Attainment, verified USI record, or certificate copy. 
  • A valid driver's licence
 
This refresher supports the ongoing competence of workers required to identify hazards, follow entry procedures, and implement control measures when working in confined or restricted spaces.
 

Delivery mode:

  • 100% online via our secure Student Portal

  • Self-paced approximate completion time: 45 mins, with 14 days from enrolment to complete all learning and assessment activities

  • Trainer/assessor support available during business hours

Technology requirements:

  • You will need a computer, laptop, or mobile device with reliable internet access and a current web browser.

Outcome:
Upon successful completion of all refresher activities and assessments, and verification of your prior qualification, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS202E – Enter and work in confined spaces (Online Refresher).
