DESCRIPTION:CPCCLDG3001 Licence to perform dogging \nDG\n\n\n\n\nThis nationally recognised course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform dogging work safely and competently in accordance with WHS regulations and industry standards.\nThis 5-day course provides the skills to perform dogging work\, including slinging techniques\, selecting and inspecting lifting gear\, and directing crane operations when the load is out of view. Students must be 18 years or over. \n \n\nCourse Overview\nThis course includes practical training in key dogging duties such as planning the job\, selecting and inspecting equipment\, preparing the site\, performing tasks\, and completing shutdown and clean-up procedures. The hands-on approach ensures learners are job-ready and safety-focused.\n\nTraining Commitment\nThe 5-day program runs Monday to Friday\, with up to 10 hours of training per day. Learners may need to allocate additional time for evening revision to maximise learning outcomes and meet licensing standards.\n\nAssessment\nLearners complete assessments throughout the course to prepare for WHSQ high-risk licensing.
